Therapist Vetting and Continuous Education
Our therapists are the heart of our service. Our selection process is among the most rigorous in Indonesia.
- Initial Vetting: Candidates must hold a competency certification from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) and have a minimum of five years’ experience in a five-star environment.
